“Check your order BEFORE driving off. I didn’t get my gravy with my chicken strips and I got 2 lemon meringue pies instead of a 1 coconut cream and 1 lemon meringue.” This above was my experience on January 19th. I want to let everyone know Bill Miller reached out to me immediately the following day. Then also this restaurant’s manager reached out to me as well. Apologizing and to send him my receipt and address. I responded. I quickly received a gift card of $30 for my inconvenience. I truly am GRATEFUL AND APPRECIATIVE that they responded so quickly! Thank you Bill Miller Corp and Thank you Mr Jimmie Nalls, Area Manager Bill Miller BBQ. I have since been there twice and my orders have been fully processed and the quality remains outstanding. I will continue buying at this location since it’s the closest to my home. Again, Thank you kindly for a quick response and for your service!

Fantastic service and great staff, I've come here many times and I've always enjoyed it every time. Everyone is really nice and hard working, the place is clean and well kept, and the food is delicious every time. Today, specifically, I was helped by Oliviia R. and I especially wanted to thank everyone for breakfast. Yall are great!

I continue to struggle with quality control at this particular location. While the employees are polite & efficient, the food leaves a bad impression. On this trip, I ordered a 2 meat plate (chicken, turkey) with 3 sides (beans, hash browns, green beans) & some additional meals. The beans were watery & salty. The green beans had three large stems, and the turkey was just random chunks and slivers of varying color. I seriously questioned whether or not the employees scraped the leftovers from other customers onto my plate. While I don't truly believe that last part, I am still having a hard time understanding how an employee can look at what was served on that plate and still feel comfortable passing it over to their customer. From now on, IF decide to go back to Bill Miller, we're going to drive past this location (which is super-close) and get our food from our next closest one.

Sorry everyone but your cleanliness behind the bar is subpar!!!! Get your employees to keep it clean back there!!!! It was slow and you all had grease drying on the Cutting Board! Food sitting there till someone order it on drive thru! 'm very peculiar about making these posts but it had to be done. I'll leave the pictures here because hopefully it's addressed. I'll be back and update but I won't say when. It made my whole food experience BAD!!! It made me think, has it always been this way and instantly got grossed out.

Had a brisket taco and a peach cobbler. The tortilla was ok. The brisket was tender and tasty. I prefer the corn tortillas they used to have. I got a small tea. It was kids size. Glad they have free refills.

Stop by for a lunch and it was very good was absolutely blown away by the attitude of an employee at the register Sheri she was very friendly even while doing multiple jobs and just plain nice it refreshing to deal with good people with positive attitudes she mad enough of an impact I stopped to make this review which I don’t do !!
